Iranian Saffron, also known as “The Red Gold”, mostly grows in Ghayen, the capital of Qayen County, in South Khorasan Province, Iran. Super Negin threads are longer in length and contain no yellow or orange threads. The threads have been cut symmetrically and have no fragments. When comparing all the trims of Saffron, Super Negin is the most sought after for those who want only the best. Both Sargol and Super Negin are of the most expensive types of Saffron threads. They are all red and contain no yellow or white parts. They are rich in flavor and aroma.
The most expensive and the rarest trim of Saffron, Premium Negin has the longest threads and the highest quality among the others.
